Examples about charitable giving to Notre Dame Cathedral, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Missionaries of Charity illustrate how the ethics of giving are tied to the ethics of the individual or organizational donors, and the reasons why they give. It concludes by drawing from these examples a few questions for businesses to consider about charitable donations.
