Tobey K. Scharding is Assistant Professor of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School–Newark and New Brunswick. She specializes in ethical decision-making (especially in the Kantian tradition), finance ethics, ethics of risk, and ethics of new technologies. Her articles have appeared in Business Ethics Quarterly, Economics and Philosophy, the Journal of Business Ethics, Rutgers Business Review, and other top journals. She is a research fellow at Rutgers Institute for Ethical Leadership. She received her PhD from Stanford University.
