Dr. Shabbir Husain R.V. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing at the SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked with leading firms such as the Boston Consulting Group, Tata AIA Life, and TCS, in addition to having an entrepreneurial stint, before transitioning to academia. His research interests include tourism, sustainability, and online consumer behavior. His work has been published in leading journals like Journal of Consumer Behavior, Journal of Consumer Marketing, Journal of Cleaner Production, Current Issues in Tourism, Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research, and International Journal of Bank Marketing, among others.
