Ronei Leonel is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Memphis. His research focuses on executives’ influence on firms’ strategic actions and the mutual influence amongst firms, governments, activists, and media. His dissertation examines how the degree of the narcissism of the Chief Executive Officer affects firm performance and firm engagement with sociopolitical issues.
