Leila Soleimani is an Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University. She holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Global Management from the University of Calgary. Her research examines entrepreneurial finance, crowdfunding, and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on how entrepreneurs access and deploy financial and strategic resources. She is especially interested in entrepreneurial exit strategies, new venture teams, and the role of minority and female entrepreneurs in financing and growth decisions. Her work also explores emerging trends in entrepreneurship, including the impact of artificial intelligence and digital technologies on entrepreneurial ventures and funding outcomes.
