Jennifer L. Stevens is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation, University of Toledo. She has been recognized with multiple awards for her excellence in teaching and research. Her research interests include consumer welfare, retailing and services, and disruptive technologies. Jennifer’s work has been published in the Journal of Retailing, Journal of Public Policy & Marketing, Psychology & Marketing, and European Journal of Marketing, among others. Additionally, she serves as the Social Media Editor for the Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice.
