Deepanjana Varshney is a Senior Professor –Business and has academic experience in India and overseas universities. Dr. Varshney has been extensively involved in research publications focusing on Workforce diversity, equality and inclusion, Self-Concept, Employee performance, Sustainability practices, Workforce agility, and Employee resilience. She has also been actively associated with research grants and consultancy projects and has been an advisor to some projects besides being a reviewer to some top-cited research journals. She also conducts behavioral training and workshops for the corporate sector.
