Christina Stringer

Christina Stringer is an Associate Professor of International Business in the Department of Management and International Business and Director of the Centre for Research on Modern Slavery, University of Auckland Business School, New Zealand. She has been researching modern slavery and migrant worker exploitation in New Zealand for over a decade. Her research in this area, undertaken with colleagues, has contributed to significant shifts in New Zealand government policy. Her academic research has been published in a range of journals, including the Australian Journal of Management, Environment and Planning A, Global Networks, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Economic Geography, Journal of Management Inquiry, Marine Policy, and Multinational Business Review.
