Amir Bahman Radnejad

Dr. Radnejad brings over two decades of expertise in research leadership and innovation strategies across Canada, the UK, and the US. Currently, he is Chair of the Innovation & Marketing Department at Mount Royal University, and a Partner at 1388 Consulting. As a consultant, he advises senior executives on leadership, strategy and innovation management. He was CEO of Sensyn, where he led commercializing groundbreaking leak detection technology, and has served on boards such as the Administrative Science Association of Canada and the Strategic Capability Network. He also serves as a fellow with the Canadian Global Affairs Institute. As a prolific scholar, he has published extensively and secured funding from organizations like Emissions Reduction Alberta, Carbon Management Canada and Enbridge.
