Yide Shen is an associate professor of MIS in the Marketing and Business Information Systems Department at Rohrer College of Business. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University. She also holds an M.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her current research focuses on leadership in agile software development, individual decision-making in IT projects, and information systems pedagogy. Her research has been published in Decision Support Systems, the Journal of Systems and Software, the International Journal of e-Collaboration, the Journal of Information Systems Education, the Journal of Higher Education Theory and Practice, and the International Journal of Information and Communication Technology in Education.
