Thomas T. Fung is Assistant Professor of Instruction in Temple University Fox School of Business. He spent his entire professional career in the consumer-packaged goods industry. Formerly as Director of Operations at the Campbell Soup Company, Tom managed all aspects of the supply chain, with direct impact to profit and loss. He was a key liaison between marketing and product commercialization, with extensive assignments in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Temple in 2016, Tom was director of the M.S. Global Fashion Enterprise Program at Jefferson University – East Falls Campus, overseeing the graduate fashion business curriculum and enrollment, and leading teams to explore the international fashion supply chain ecosystem in Asia. Tom has dual B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; M.B.A. in marketing, M.S. in eBusiness from Temple Fox School of Business. He earned a M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007.
