Sudipa Sarker holds a position as an Assistant Professor at the department of Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) in Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). She defended her doctoral dissertation titled “Disentangling the Labyrinth of Supply Management in Multi-National Corporations (MNCs)” at Politecnico di Milano in December 2016. Her research interests lie in the intersection between supply management, risk management, and organizational studies. She is interested in theoretically and empirically exploring the effects of organizational complexity and supply risk on sourcing organizations of large multi-national corporations.
