Shilpee A Dasgupta is working as Assistant Professor of Communications (General Management Area) at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. She did her Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur in 2012, and she specializes and publishes in the area of Communication Studies and multidisciplinary research. She has received two University Gold Medals in graduation. A communication consultant, Dr. Dasgupta has been associated with various training programmes and has conducted a large number of training workshops in different aspects of communication for middle, senior, and top managers of several organizations. Her recent research publications in peer-reviewed international journals have been cited in manuscripts of national and international repute.
