Scott Mitchell is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Kansas School of Business. Scott received his PhD in Strategic Management from the University of California, Irvine, his MBA from the University of Kansas, and his BA from Columbia University. His research interests include strategic pricing decisions, temporal orientations, behavioral strategy, and competitive dynamics. He currently teaches the core strategic management course at the University of Kansas and his prior professional experience includes strategic planning positions in the television and apparel industries.
