Dr. Sara Cochran is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University (IU) and serves on the Board of Directors of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE). Sara is a Contributing Editor for Entrepreneurship Education & Pedagogy (EE&P), the advisor of the IU chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization, and represents IU in the Startup Ladies. Her publications have appeared in Journal of Small Business Management, EE&P, Annals of Entrepreneurship Education and Pedagogy, and Entrepreneur & Innovation Exchange. Sara has been honored with a DSEF Best Paper Award, USASBE MWE SIG Emerging Scholar Award, Association for Research in Business Education Dissertation Award, Schulze Publication Award, and a Columbia Business Times’s 20 Under 40 Honoree. An entrepreneur herself, Sara founded and previously owned an online boutique. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri, as well as a B.A. and a M.A. from Drury University
