Mark is co-founder and president of Blue Focus Marketing, a social branding consultancy that was awarded the 2012 MarketingSherpa Reader’s Choice Award for Best Social Media Marketing blog. Mark is also the co-author of the best seller The Social Employee: How Great Companies Make Social Media Work. Mark participated as a 2014 TED Talk speaker at TEDxNavesink, and he was listed in Forbes.com's “Must-Follow Marketing Minds for 2014". In November of 2014, Mark was ranked #19 on Onalytica's list of Top 200 Content Marketing Influencers worldwide.
