Lauren Aydinliyim

Lauren E. Aydinliyim is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, the City University of New York. Her primary research explores mechanisms through which firms ethically create and sustain human capital-based competitive advantages. She is active in both the Strategic Management Society and the Academy of Management, and her work has appeared in the Journal of Business Ethics. She is an inaugural member of the Associate Editorial Board at the Entrepreneurship Research Journal. She completed her PhD in Organization Management at Rutgers Business School, and received her JD and a certificate in Law and Business from Vanderbilt University Law School. Prior to entering academia, she was a human resources executive and in-house legal counsel.
