Jan H. Schumann is a professor of marketing and innovation at the University of Passau, Germany. His main research interests are online marketing, customer relationship management, and pricing of services. He is member of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research, and Psychology & Marketing. His work has been published by leading international journals, such as the Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Business Venturing. He also got several article, conference paper, and dissertation proposal awards and mentions and recently received the 2019 AMA SERVSIG Emerging Scholar Award.
