Guillaume Desjardins, Ph. D. is a professor at Université du Québec en Outaouais, Canada. His work concerns the strategic implication of confusion and duplicity in the digital age for (i) those who craft and implement business strategy; (ii) consumers; and in (iii) what is conventionally thought of as labor market participants. Guillaume has published peer-reviewed articles in elite scholarly journals including Personnel Review, Competitiveness Review, and Info. His work has also been presented at the Academy of Management Annual General Meeting and published in the Academy’s proceedings.
