Daniel Pearson recently graduated with an MSc in Policy and Strategy from the University of Lethbridge’s Dhillon School of Business. His graduate research examines how emerging technologies shape organizational strategy, with a particular focus on the managerial and policy implications of generative AI, grassroots innovation, and digitally enabled work practices. Pearson examines how non-technical professionals utilize AI tools to create operational value, and how organizations can design policies, governance structures, and strategic frameworks that safely support this activity. His academic work is complemented by experience in technology-enabled process improvement and organizational analysis, informing his interest in helping leaders translate technological potential into practical, sustainable outcomes. Pearson’s broader research interests include innovation strategy, digital capability development, and the ways policy environments influence technological adoption and workforce transformation.
