Charlene Rousseau is the President of Envisionary Development Consulting, LLC, a process improvement and performance management consultancy specializing in end-to-end learning and organizational development solutions strategically aligned with client organizations’ visions and goals. Dr. Rousseau earned her PhD in I/O Psychology from Capella University and has clocked over 30,000 hours in curriculum design. Additionally, she has over a decade experience in training, facilitation, speaking, coaching, and L&OD consulting in multiple industries including Corporate Settings, Automotive, Sales, Finance, Insurance, Logistics, Government/ Military, University Education, and Call Centers to list a few. Her L&OD programs have led to the enrichment and development of over 13,000 professionals adding to the black of her clients’ bottom lines. In 2016, Dr. Rousseau was honored with the National Diversity Council’s Glass Ceiling Award for women who have overcome barriers to climb to the top, achieving personal success while also making it possible for others to more easily follow in their footsteps. She’s a contributor to the eLearning Guild annual best practices Tips eBook and is an avid blogger on LinkedIn, writing and publishing articles on topics related to the field. Dr. Rousseau also enjoys speaking at a variety of conferences and local events.
