Dr. Yizhen Wu is an Associate Professor at Nanjing University Business School, China. She received her MBA from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands and her PhD from Nanjing University. She has held visiting scholar positions at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, Harvard Business School, and Cornell University in 2004-2005. Her research focuses on marketing management, international business, and e-commerce. Her teaching areas include marketing management, service marketing, customer relationship management, and organization management. Dr. Wu has also served in a leadership role in the university’s Executive Development Programs (EDP).
