Shengsheng (Charlie) Huang

Dr. Shengsheng (Charlie) Huang is an Associate Professor at the University of Houston-Victoria (now Texas A&M University-Victoria). He received his PhD in Management from Rutger Business School in New Jersey. Before returning to academia, he gained extensive experience in industry and business consulting. His current research interests include strategy of multinational corporations, innovation and technology, and FDI spillovers. He teaches strategic management (capstone) and international management at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He is also interested in the impact of advancements in artificial intelligence on higher education and the future of work. Dr. Huang actively provides pro bono consulting services to small businesses as a certified mentor for SCORE.org, a major resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
